At Maker Mindz, we believe students learn best by doing. That’s why we’re offering experimental research opportunities for middle & high school students. You could choose one or more of the offered topics. Tools include: rotational inertia wheels, center of mass wheels, slope/car/weight set, density kit, trebuchet kit.
Are you a middle or high school student curious about science, technology, engineering or math? Do you love to explore big ideas and share what you learn?
Join our STEM Podcast Speaker Program! Research a STEM topic you're passionate about and create your own 20-minute podcast episode.
Our custom-designed tools give students the power to explore Physics concepts like how mass distribution affects rotational inertia, how rotational inertia influences projectile motion, force, angular acceleration, & energy transfer, how size & weight distribution impact speed/acceleration, how density impacts design of underwater systems.
You can choose one topic or more. This 3-4 week project per topic is 100% remote. We'll ship materials to your home, and you'll return them upon completion. This is an unpaid research opportunity.
Ready to Launch Into Research?
Are you passionate about STEM and love to communicate your ideas? Maker Mindz is excited to launch an opportunity just for YOU!
This is a chance for middle and high school students to research a STEM topic of their choice and produce a 20-minute podcast episode. The goal is to share knowledge, curiosity, and creativity with other students across the world - while gaining real-world experience in communication, research, and podcast production. This opportunity is 100% remote. This is an unpaid research opportunity.
