Description:

Are you a high school student passionate about science, technology, engineering, or math? Looking for meaningful volunteer hours that let you be creative, learn new skills, and make a real impact? Join our nonprofit as a STEM Content & Outreach Volunteer!

This volunteer role gives students the chance to support our mission of bringing fun, hands-on STEM education to students across the country. You’ll help us in one or more of the following areas, based on your interests and skills:

• Participate in our Research program: Use one of our STEM kits to experiment and write a paper or participate in our podcast speaker program
• Create short STEM videos explaining everyday science or engineering concepts
• Participate in our Make an Impact program
• Write fun STEM e-books
• Write fun STEM facts or short blog posts for our website or social media
• Assist in online workshops as a co-host or technical assistant
• Help with design of STEM kit(s) 
• Research STEM trends or topics we can use in our products and lessons
• Support outreach by creating digital products or sharing our programs with peers and schools

• Earn volunteer hours that count toward graduation or college admission requirements
• Get real-world experience working with a mission-driven nonprofit
• Build your resume and develop communication, digital media, and STEM skills
• Contribute to projects that help other kids fall in love with science and engineering
• Flexible remote work – complete tasks on your own schedule
   

• High school students in grades 9–12
• Responsible, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Good communication and time management skills
• No technical experience needed, just curiosity and creativity!

Time Commitment:

Approximately 4-5 hours per month.
