Welcome to Maker Mindz. Our mission is to give students an ability to tinker and help forge learning of STEM concepts. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Basics:

You must not modify, adapt, or hack Maker Mindz or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Maker Mindz.

3. Age Restrictions:

Our website is intended for use by individuals over the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before using our website.

4. Products and Services:

We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting STEM education. We design, build, and sell STEM products to be used by kids in schools and at home all over the United States. We provide live demonstrations of STEM topics at schools to students, enabling students to learn STEM design and concepts. These demonstrations are intended to enhance the educational experience and inspire a passion for STEM fields. We accept payments, including sales tax, for these products and services online. We also accept donations on our website. Products designed per a user's request can be sold to other customers with similar interests and needs. We will obtain your consent before doing so. Any profits generated from these sales go towards supporting our nonprofit mission.

5. Payment:

Payment for our products and services is accepted online through our website. We accept major credit and debit cards. Sales tax is added to the total amount due at checkout.

6. Shipping:

We ship our products to all US states. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and the weight of the products ordered. We aim to process and ship all orders within 10-15 business days after payment is received. We do not control shipping carriers, and therefore, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

7. Custom Design/Build Project Duration: 

Duration on requests for our custom design and build services will vary depending on the project complexity.

8. Returns and Refunds:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products or services, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product to arrange for a return or exchange. We do not offer refunds on donations.

9. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights in and to our website, including without limitation all content, designs, graphics, images, photographs, videos, information, data, software, and source code, are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any part of our website, our product, or services without our prior written consent.

10. Donations:

Donations made on our website are voluntary and non-refundable. By making a donation, you agree to our terms and conditions.
